Refund policy

Thank you for supporting handmade! Each Buddly is carefully crafted by hand, so slight variations in shape, texture and color are natural and part of what makes each piece unique.

EU Right of Withdrawal If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at buddlyclub@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the costumer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damage or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Non-returnable items Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
